The Getty 100 is our favorite images from the The Getty Gallery in London. We work extensively with this prestigious institution and all our prints are certified by the Getty Gallery. Derived from The Hulton Getty Archive - the direct descendent of the press library established in 1947 by Edward Hulton, these photographs are hand-printed on high quality photographic papers and embossed by Getty. Hulton was the publisher of numerous popular titles including the seminal news weekly Picture Post (1938 - 1957) which revolutionized photojournalism and picture magazine publishing in Britain and beyond. It is considered to be ‘the greatest library of photojournalism in the World’ and is celebrated in this selection of 100 ‘most sought after images’. All the images are beautifully hand printed on fine photographic papers in London under the supervision of the Getty Gallery. All are certified as Getty originals.
