Linear Expressions
Linearity is a common theme in the work of Gregg Sedgwick and nowhere more so than in Stripes. Arrangements of Parallel colours are overlaid by perpendicular bands. Soft edges contrast with regimentally precise striations to create a sense of depth and linear rhythm.
