g-1 London launch program announced

The much anticipated growth of g-1 into Europe will begin in May 2011. A small unit in Covent Garden will be followed by up to 5 more stores across the City. Commenting on the growth of Gallery One, CEO Gregg Sedgwick stated that “London is an ideal location for stores which appeal to both visitors and residents. It is one of the most visited Cities in the world and it offers multiple retail opportunities, each with distinct characteristics”. Gallery One has targeted Westfield London and the, soon to open, Westfield Stratford located on the 2012 Olympic Park, as potential destinations.
